Global Data Scientist Specialist

What you will do

• Identify emerging analytics trends, data needs, and innovative solutions for business challenges.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to formulate hypotheses and develop models for impactful business questions.
• Design and implement statistical models and perform advanced text, quantitative, financial, and operational analyses.
• Parse, cleanse, transform, and validate structured and unstructured data while resolving inconsistencies and reviewing business logic.
• Build, test, maintain, and scale end-to-end ML pipelines for data processing, model training, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and partner with data, IT, and business teams to deliver data products and support adoption.

Requirements

• Experience with data modeling, analytics tools, relational data structures, databases, and data structures.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, model selection, performance evaluation, validation, explainability, interpretability, and auditability.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and scalable data architecture.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data products from ingestion and modeling through deployment and business adoption.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required. Strong communication and storytelling skills are needed to explain analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
