What you will do

• Contribute to all three aspects of the data spectrum: analytics, engineering, and science.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.
• Develop in-house tooling to organize and serve data across the organization.
• Analyze health consumption patterns and product usage to drive business decisions.
• Automate member reimbursement processes and build tools that support member health.
• Create visibility and insights to help sales and product teams perform effectively.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Proven experience in data analytics, engineering, or science.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to develop simple solutions for complex problems.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work across the full data stack.
