IT Recruiter

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Search and source candidates including UI/UX designers, graphic designers, 3D designers, HTML/CSS developers, Fullstack (React + Node.js), React Native, Flutter developers, QA, and account managers
• Preliminary resume evaluation and conducting initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and maintain daily reporting

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year as an IT recruiter
• Understanding of IT roles and technologies in candidate resumes
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques including X-Ray and Boolean Search
• Experience with recruitment platforms: HH, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Upwork, Dribbble, Behance
• Communication skills and familiarity with CRM systems (Huntflow)
• High autonomy and consistent performance

Nice to have

• Experience working with designers and portfolio evaluation skills
• English: B2+ level
