Location: Must be based near a hirify.global office in the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Monica, Irvine, or Long Beach, CA. Role follows a hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Manage complex Flowthrough and PCS engagements, including real estate and family office structures.
• Identify and resolve technical tax issues while assisting with tax planning and entity structuring.
• Collaborate with leadership on client deliverables and tax strategy execution.
• Review work prepared by associates and provide coaching to support team development.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership, individual, and flowthrough taxation.
• Proficiency with tax research tools and software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPA or EA certification in progress.
• Experience with HNW/UHNW, trusts, and estates.
• Experience with real estate, professional services, or manufacturing sectors.
