What you will do

• Lead all aspects of tax due diligence and structuring for new development opportunities, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Perform tax analysis of business initiatives, evaluating potential tax consequences and transaction alternatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies and conduct technical tax research.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and perform impact assessments for the organization.
• Collaborate with M&A, finance, and business development teams to provide industry-specific tax support.
• Partner with tax accounting and compliance teams to identify and manage tax risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm or a large corporate tax department.
• Advanced understanding of US federal and US international tax rules (e.g., Sub C, NCTI/Subpart F).
• Strong technical writing and research skills, including general knowledge of ASC 740.
• Educational background: BS in Accounting, CPA, MST, or LLM is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
