Salary: $106,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex tax compliance engagements within budget and deadline constraints.
• Perform detailed reviews of tax workpapers, provision calculations, and financial statements.
• Provide training, direction, and supervision to staff, senior accountants, and managers.
• Communicate proactively with clients and engagement partners regarding project status and service opportunities.
• Consult on unusual client tax problems and diagnose client needs to provide effective solutions.
• Participate in business development activities to identify and pursue new client opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of job-related experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• CPA certification required in the state of practice
• Proven experience in management and mentoring of staff members
• Proficiency in tax preparation and research software (e.g., Axcess, RIA)
