Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas (Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote). Not eligible for fully remote work.

What you will do

• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations to scale marketing output.
• Design a content repurposing machine to transform single assets into multiple social, email, and sales collateral formats.
• Manage organic social presence, including strategy, calendar, and community engagement.
• Ghostwrite and produce thought leadership content for the CEO and leadership team.
• Optimize landing pages, SEO, and email campaigns using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Capture and edit AI-assisted video content for campaigns and social media.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Austin, Texas (Hybrid).
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or growth.
• Demonstrable expertise in building with AI (automations, agents, custom workflows, no-code orchestration).
• Proficiency with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Warp, GitHub, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to produce high-quality, on-brand persuasive content.

• Experience in financial services or construction industries.
