What you will do

• Own the full-funnel organic growth strategy from awareness to repeat purchase.
• Manage and optimize an AI-powered content engine for daily social media delivery.
• Define cultural territories and content pillars to engage Gen Z and emerging segments.
• Build and scale a creator and influencer program to drive acquisition efficiency.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all marketing content meets regulatory standards.
• Analyze growth experiments and attribution data to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be aligned with Eastern US time zone.
• Demonstrated experience owning modern marketing motions end-to-end.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for content production and system orchestration.
• Experience with technology-company tools such as Git, Jira, and Slack.
• Strong analytical skills with a bias toward data-driven decision-making.
• High integrity and attention to detail regarding regulatory compliance.
