Location: Preference for hybrid in New York City, but open to remote for strong candidates. VISA sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Build the growth and marketing function from the ground up.
• Define the brand narrative, positioning, and messaging.
• Own content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Develop repeatable growth loops through community, referrals, and partnerships.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale high-quality content production.
• Partner with Product and leadership to launch new features and products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, brand, or product marketing at high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record of building growth systems and distribution from zero.
• Exceptional storytelling and ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
• Deep understanding of modern internet culture and social distribution.
• Experience using AI to automate and scale marketing workflows.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no VISA sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, AI, developer tools, or SaaS.
• Background in founder-led marketing or product-led growth.
