Salary: ₡ 14,360,800 - ₡ 18,846,200 CRC per year

What you will do

• Develop multimedia assets including product demo videos, animations, motion graphics, and GIFs.
• Collaborate with Technical Education Developers to translate scripts into effective visual learning experiences.
• Implement AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate prototyping and content production.
• Build and maintain reusable visual systems and templates for the Academy and Community platforms.
• Ensure all multimedia assets meet standards for accessibility, usability, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Experience in multimedia, visual, or motion design for education, enablement, or software environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience creating scalable design systems.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Proficiency with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate Storyline, or Rise.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals that reduce cognitive load.
