What you will do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the organization’s technical training portfolio.
• Design and scale Training Operations by leveraging SMEs, platforms, and organizational resources.
• Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
• Partner with Revenue and Operations teams to align training initiatives with workforce planning and business needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing Technical Training organization, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Manage training investment planning and resource allocation to maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience across Tech and Academia with a proven track record of leading high-performing training teams.
• English: C1 level (fluent) required.
• Technical fluency in the AI/ML lifecycle and Data Engineering.
• Experience designing rigorous technical assessments and "Train-the-Trainer" mentorship frameworks.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Ability to translate complex technical progress into strategic insights for C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments building technical proposals.
• Fluency in Agentic Systems (orchestration frameworks, tool-calling logic, MCP).
• Experience building Project-Based Learning (PBL) frameworks for high-level engineering talent.
