Location: Hybrid in San Jose, United States (Office Monday-Thursday, Fridays generally flexible)

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Design innovative and intuitive solutions for enterprise tools used by internal and external partners.
• Create user-centered experience flows and interaction designs based on cross-functional requirements.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define business goals and user outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the full product and feature lifecycle.
• Utilize research insights and user journeys to guide and frame design approaches.
• Own designs end-to-end, from requirements gathering through implementation support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX or product design.
• Demonstrated experience designing for enterprise tools or B2B platforms.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma.
• Advanced and demonstrable skills with generative AI tools or workflows applied to UX.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes.
