What you will do

• Design and develop fault-tolerant, high-power density motor controllers including drivers, sensors, and power stages.
• Manage all aspects of power electronics design, from component selection to system integration.
• Perform EMC and Lightning design, analysis, and testing for electronic systems.
• Lead new designs from conception through production in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Own hardware development from requirements capture and topology trade-studies to PCB layout and assembly.
• Execute prototype verification, performance modeling, and root cause analysis for production designs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical engineering with a specialization in power electronics.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; hirify.global is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout, and power electronics optimization.
• Experience with EMC/Lightning design and testing.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary hardware projects from start to finish.
