What you will do

• Design and validate custom PCBA electronics critical to autonomous vehicle operations.
• Perform schematic and layout design for medium to high complexity analog and digital PCBs.
• Own the full lifecycle of PCB design, including simulation, testing, documentation, and release.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve complex issues in electrical systems.
• Drive DFMEA analysis and lead cross-functional design trade-off discussions.
• Implement ISO 26262 methodologies to meet ASIL hardware goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mountain View, CA.
• U.S. person status or citizenship may be required due to national security-related restrictions.
• BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of hardware development experience in automotive or aerospace industries.
• Deep expertise in High Speed PCB Design, power distribution, and mixed analog/digital circuits.
• Experience with low-level hardware buses (I2C, CAN, SPI, Ethernet) and high-speed communication (PCIe, DDR).
