What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams requiring a presence at global events.
• Coordinate onsite requirements including badges, credentialing, catering, A/V, and technical equipment.
• Develop and manage catering plans for events with 1500+ staff, acting as the onsite F&B lead.
• Oversee the Show Management Office, including inventory tracking for radios and keys.
• Manage the end-to-end process for merchant and exhibitor presence at events.
• Travel globally to approximately four events per year plus additional site visits.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience planning events with 10,000+ attendees.
• Proven ability to provide professional support to executive-level leadership with discretion.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects independently under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Washington

Nice to have

• Experience with or a desire to learn AutoCAD.
