Salary: $19.43 - $25.90 CAD Hourly

What you will do
- Transcribe and summarize conference evaluation comments with high attention to detail.
- Calculate conference data and create statistical reports, including graphical representations.
- Coordinate the creation and dissemination of accreditation certificates and evaluation summaries.
- Assist in the development of course materials for both virtual and in-person medical conferences.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for evaluation data and kit preparation.
- Support the Conferences Team in the planning and execution of up to 60 educational programs per year.
Requirements
- High School graduation.
- Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Vancouver, Canada.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Nice to have
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to write clear, concise business English and perform accurate proofreading.
- Previous experience working with the medical community.
