Salary: $97,200 – $130,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional expert for Deltek Costpoint, aligning system execution with Finance and FP&A strategies.
• Translate business concepts and process improvements into scalable Deltek configurations and workflows.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, assess business needs, and recommend functional solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage Deltek upgrades, implementations, and enhancements, including project management and change management.
• Liaise between Finance stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Develop data queries, dashboards, and reports to support advanced financial reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to pass a background check.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience leveraging Deltek in a functional, business-facing capacity.
• Strong professional knowledge of GAAP, FAR, CAS, and government project accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical system solutions.

Nice to have

• Deltek Costpoint Master Certification.
• Experience with reporting tools such as COGNOS or other BI dashboards.
