What you will do

• Plan, design, develop, and test complex software systems and applications.
• Lead and coach the development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product QA to review and resolve test errors.
• Optimize internal processes through automation and continuous integration (CI).
• Promote and enforce company best practices across the engineering organization.
• Act as a technical evangelist for hirify.global at internal and external events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development.
• 4+ years of specialized industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in testing methodologies and analytical problem-solving.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical deadlines.
• Must be based in the US.
