What you will do

• Lead upstream product development for the ASTRA Enabling Technologies platform, specifically focusing on knee arthroplasty solutions.
• Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams from concept through launch.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, gap analyses, and business cases for new product introductions.
• Partner with downstream marketing to shape product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent experience in medical device sales.
• 4+ years of experience working with navigation or robotic systems in knee arthroplasty.
• Strong fluency in digital tools; experience with data analytics or software development platforms is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 50%.
