What you will do

• Enter and process mortgage loan applications with high accuracy.
• Manage mortgage data and communication using Filogix and the Vocality app.
• Perform credit checks and upload necessary documentation to various lender portals.
• Review and audit mortgage files to ensure full completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare finalized files for brokers and track application statuses through to completion.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Mortgage Virtual Assistant or Mortgage Processor.
• Strong professional knowledge of the mortgage application process.
• Hands-on experience using Filogix.
• Familiarity with Vocality or similar mortgage-specific communication tools.
• Experience running and reviewing credit reports.
• Deep understanding of mortgage documentation, including income, credit, assets, and disclosures.
