What you will do

• Review mortgage loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver loan disclosure and re-disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Identify and resolve file deficiencies by coordinating with loan officers and processors.
• Manage a diverse pipeline of loan products including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Facilitate loan closings by scheduling with title companies and customers.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication.
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience with customer contact.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
