What you will do

• Prepare and submit customs declarations under the supervision of senior analysts.
• Maintain accurate customs records and ensure internal system data aligns with submitted declarations.
• Monitor Temporary Admission deadlines and coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Client Services teams.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners regarding movements and clearances.
• Support overseas VAT compliance, including data analysis and VAT return preparation.
• Conduct research on tax and customs matters to support the Tax Director.

Requirements

• Strong interest in developing a career in tax and customs.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with regulatory documentation.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in or be able to work from London.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in data analytics, customs operations, logistics, or trade compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems or customs platforms such as SAP and GTS.
