What you will do

• Manage invoicing for producer fees and reconcile participation statements with external accountants.
• Capture and process monthly recharge data for various film and TV productions.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and report collection issues to management.
• Maintain the finance team's filing system in compliance with Audit and HMRC requirements.
• Manage petty cash accounts and reconcile monthly expenses.
• Oversee company credit card reconciliations, ensuring all receipts are organized and processed.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Degree educated or strong A-level results with a focus on Mathematics or Accountancy.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong desire to pursue CIMA or ACCA qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
