What you will do

• Design and operate AI-assisted workflows for code review, documentation, and CI/CD guardrails.
• Build backend services and orchestration layers connecting LLMs to developer systems such as GitHub, Jira, and Slack.
• Own projects end-to-end from definition and design to production rollout and optimization.
• Collaborate with platform teams to integrate AI workflows into standard runtimes and managed workloads.
• Implement robust safety and governance, including access control and policy enforcement.
• Use data-driven metrics to guide product iterations and improve developer velocity and quality.

Requirements

• Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Experience building and operating backend production systems.
• Expert proficiency in Golang.
• Hands-on experience applying LLM techniques to software engineering workflows beyond generic prompting.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes and containers.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows for incident response or developer onboarding.
• Expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure-heavy environments.
