What you will do

• Create and monitor an AI-driven code modernization pipeline.
• Develop automation tools to support team responsibilities.
• Design rigorous test suites to ensure functional equivalence and accuracy of converted code.
• Research and improve AI workflows for automated code modernization.
• Monitor and optimize conversion speed, cost, and quality tradeoffs.
• Train developers and create educational materials on AI topics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pipeline creation and cloud services.
• Strong interest in AI applied to software development and code transformation.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native services.
• Experience modernizing legacy or compute-intensive systems.
• Strong problem-solving and research capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work from Quebec, Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and numerical computing.
• Practical experience with Fortran in production environments.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, or containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, Istio).
• Exposure to performance-sensitive or simulation-based software.
• Knowledge of Application Security (AppSec).
