What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems by interpreting machine error messages.
• Perform preventive maintenance on oil, grease, air, hydraulic, hydrostatic, and coolant systems.
• Diagnose and repair automated systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs to ensure operational continuity.
• Respond urgently to equipment issues to minimize downtime and resume operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical repair of CNC machine tools.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shrewsbury, MA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls.
