What you will do

• Provide daily administrative assistance and maintain detailed records to support HR initiatives and activities.
• Manage team member communications, including bulletin boards, company policy documents, and benefit details.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities, such as interviews and new hire orientations.
• Assist with payroll processing, including the use of payroll software and coordinating with the finance office.
• Ensure HR compliance with local and statutory laws and regulations.
• Create employee schedules and track time and attendance for all hourly staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to support team members in a 24 hour/7 day a week manufacturing operations environment.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Accredited degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with timekeeping, payroll, or HR compliance systems (preferred).
