What you will do

• Design and deliver core people infrastructure, including systems, processes, and AI-enabled workflows for global HQ and operating groups.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a modern, AI-enabled global HR system, partnering with IT on integration and scalability.
• Own global compensation programs, job architecture, leveling, and pay equity analysis.
• Build global analytics capabilities, defining key metrics and generating predictive insights on attrition, hiring, and engagement.
• Manage global employment compliance and HR policies in partnership with Legal.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing global team to drive operational excellence and standardization.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in People Ops or HR Operations in global organizations.
• Proven track record of building and shipping HRIS implementations, compensation programs, and analytics dashboards.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-enabled people processes and automation.
• Deep knowledge of global employment compliance and policy management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong data and systems mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required.
