Salary: $100,000–$127,000

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with in-country payroll providers and third-party administrators.
• Ensure compliance with international tax laws, SOX requirements, and data privacy regulations.
• Lead payroll system implementations, upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a global payroll team while standardizing procedures.
• Analyze payroll metrics and support financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Newton, MA office.
• 15+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 3-5 years in a global role.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll operations (minimum 5+ countries).
• Expert knowledge of global payroll systems like Workday, ADP, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of international payroll tax laws and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.

Nice to have

• Professional payroll certifications (CPP, FPC, or international equivalents).
• Experience in public companies or large multinational organizations.
