What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis efforts and decompose operational needs into functional and system-level requirements.
• Develop engineering artifacts to guide system design, integration, and acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with government engineers, operational stakeholders, and industry partners to define technical solutions.
• Support the systems engineering lifecycle, including participation in Systems Engineering and Technical Review (SETR) events.
• Ensure technical solutions align with customer objectives and mission outcomes for C4I capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements development.
• Must hold an active Secret clearance.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, DOORS Next, or Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Strong understanding of Army operational concepts, tactical communications, and mission command systems.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Army acquisition organizations (PEO C3N, PEO IEW&S, DEVCOM).
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or international security cooperation programs.
• Familiarity with ORDs, CONOPS, and CDD documentation.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Master's degree in an Engineering field.
