What you will do

• Integrate requirements traceability across multiple programs, primarily linked to software development and related tools and processes (e.g., Jira, testing).
• Support customer requirements documentation and maintain requirements traceability for customer-driven priorities.
• Identify, track, and support program risk identification and tracking activities.
• Facilitate design, development, and integration of technologies in systems fielded to warfighters.
• Collaborate with SMEs and software developers to document and align requirements with program needs.
• Improve requirements traceability and development collaboration to support companywide initiatives and CMMI certification.

Requirements

• Citizenship: US Citizenship required
• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required
• Experience integrating requirements traceability into software development processes (including Jira-based workflows).
• Ability to support customer-facing requirements documentation and traceability activities.
• Experience working with tools/processes used in software development and testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
