What you will do

• Implement authorized fixes and updates for the EAGLE system within government-mandated timelines.
• Design, code, test, and integrate new requirements using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Analyze operational issues and data interfaces to identify root causes and deploy corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive functional requirements documentation with 100% traceability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement process improvements and reduce incident recurrence.
• Provide subject matter expertise on configuration management and IT support best practices.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a T3 (Secret) background investigation clearance.
• Must live within 100 miles of New Cumberland, PA.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software integration and lifecycle support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps and configuration management.
• Ability to adhere to strict government policies, change control processes, and security regulations.
