Salary: $65,000–$75,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for Tomatometer-approved critics and publications.
• Evaluate critic and publication applications against program standards to ensure integrity.
• Manage daily operations including onboarding, account maintenance, and community initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Editorial, and Social teams to improve critic-facing tools and processes.
• Develop communications, newsletters, and educational resources for the community.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and support strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, journalism, media operations, or creator relations.
• Strong understanding of film and television criticism and digital media industries.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Airtable, Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Universal City, CA.
