What you will do

• Lead human-centered design from discovery through implementation across complex product initiatives.
• Design workflows and interactions for operators across displays, controls, software, embedded systems, and connected technologies.
• Create experiences that connect in-cab activities with connected services and digital ecosystems.
• Partner with Product Management to identify customer needs, frame opportunities, and influence product direction.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align teams around customer problems and opportunities.
• Conduct customer interviews, contextual inquiry, and observational research; mentor designers and advocate for HCD across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in UX design, product design, human-centered design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and solving complex workflow/interaction challenges.
• Experience designing enterprise, industrial, embedded, connected, or other highly technical products.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering; ability to lead initiatives and influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
