What you will do

• Develop and enforce safety programs and SOPs aligned with OSHA rules and corporate expectations.
• Conduct continuous site-wide inspections and audits, including areas under active construction.
• Identify potential safety hazards and provide actionable recommendations to Site Leadership.
• Deliver and track comprehensive safety training and maintain equipment certification systems.
• Investigate injuries and near-misses using root cause analysis to determine corrective actions.
• Act as a key responder during site emergencies, including potential after-hours availability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Massillon, OH.
• Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.
• Experience in developing safety programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis for incident investigations.
• Ability to work in industrial environments with exposure to heat, cold, and loud noise.
