What you will do

• Own the end-to-end HSE management system, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001 standards.
• Manage the digital HSE stack, including vendor evaluation, configuration, and platform administration.
• Design actionable HSE analytics and dashboards to surface risks before incidents occur.
• Develop and execute a global AI-in-HSE strategy to optimize workflows and risk assessment.
• Lead the global training strategy and Learning Management System administration.
• Partner with regional leaders to foster a strong safety culture across field crews and contractors.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in HSE with direct ownership of enterprise HSE software.
• Proven track record of building or improving HSE management systems aligned to ISO 45001 or ANSI Z10.
• Experience designing training programs and administering a Learning Management System.
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse regional operations and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to remote exploration sites and pass site-specific medical fitness screenings.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, oil and gas, construction, or other high-risk industries.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, CSP, CIH, ASP, or NEBOSH certification.
• Experience using AI or LLM tooling for HSE workflows.
• BI and analytics proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
• Multi-country experience, particularly in Africa or emerging markets.
