What you will do

• Design and run company-wide systems and processes to drive alignment, including OKRs, business reviews, and executive operating cadence.
• Translate company vision and priorities into clear execution plans and operating mechanisms.
• Build and manage a team of generalist operators deployed against the company's highest-priority challenges.
• Serve as a strategic partner to functional leaders to help solve complex problems and improve decision-making.
• Partner with Strategic Finance and the executive team on board materials, fundraising, and resource prioritization.
• Scale the Corporate Strategy team's capabilities and operating model to maximize leverage across the business.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience combining strategy work (investment banking, consulting, strategic finance) with direct startup execution.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operating systems that improve organizational execution.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with financial modeling and translating metrics into clear decisions.
• Ability to thrive in high-ownership, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.
• Experience managing or leading the growth and development of other team members.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
