Salary: $107,500 – $157,663 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Own the digital strategy, operating model, and value realization for autonomous, AI-directed chemistry control.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to identify high-value optimization opportunities.
• Lead the enablement of capabilities to improve chemistry optimization, process stability, and throughput.
• Translate data science outcomes into decision-ready value narratives for leadership and customers.
• Ensure scalable productization and governance of autonomous-control use cases across various verticals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a global corporate setting.
• 10+ years as a data science product owner or data product leader in industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, or energy industries.
• Demonstrated trajectory owning AI/ML-driven product strategy and value realization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, data science, or chemical/process discipline.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Certifications in data/AI or cloud platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure/MS Fabric.
• Product ownership certifications (CSPO, SAFe).
