What you will do

• Take ownership of user acceptance testing by designing and executing test cases to ensure quality and business requirements are met
• Identify and document bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues
• Maintain comprehensive feature documentation for clarity and future support
• Collaborate with UX, core banking, and CRM/CLM teams to deliver solutions smoothly
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency
• Assist with training internal teams and promote adoption of tools and processes

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German is essential
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in banking, preferably focused on E-Banking
• Experience with application testing including UAT and defect tracking
• Basic programming knowledge such as SQL; experience with Avaloq AFP is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with platform teams
