What you will do

• Map complex business processes and translate energy market requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Manage data migration and prepare systems as part of an Energy Transformation program.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, third-party suppliers, and domain experts to define specifications.
• Bridge legacy processes and new platforms to ensure complex energy setups are properly supported.
• Provide customer and business insights to help the engineering team contribute effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or EU (GMT timezone).
• Understanding of the UK Energy market.
• Strong track record of writing clear specifications and user acceptance criteria (UAC).
• Experience documenting technical requirements, including data mapping, system integrations, and logic flows.
• Delivery experience on large-scale system transformation or data migration programs under tight deadlines.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners with well-reasoned business cases.
