Material Planner (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Plan and execute material procurement using SAP MRP to ensure supply continuity.
• Monitor daily operations and supplier commitments to proactively identify and mitigate shortages and supply risks.
• Manage supplier lead times and maintain communication for long-lead components.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Engineering, Production, and Finance to resolve material clearance and invoice issues.
• Maintain accurate planning and scheduling master data for reliable production planning.
• Ensure raw material inventory levels align with defined targets for uninterrupted production line operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
• Proficiency in SAP MRP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (valid passport required).
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in an international supply chain position.
• Spanish language skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
