What you will do

• Lead integrated supply chain planning across demand, supply, purchasing, and production scheduling.
• Translate sales forecasts and project requirements into executable supply and production plans.
• Own master scheduling for BESS production to ensure strict schedule adherence and delivery commitments.
• Champion SAP/ERP process excellence to improve data accuracy, process compliance, and planning visibility.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and global suppliers to ensure material readiness and production continuity.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to material shortages, supplier constraints, and capacity limitations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience supporting complex engineered products such as electronics, energy storage, or automotive.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or renewable energy sectors.
• APICS / ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certifications.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience managing global supply chains and multi-region planning processes.
