What you will do

• Provide daily operational support for Aras PLM and related business applications.
• Analyze and optimize business workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements.
• Create and execute test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Act as a liaison between global business stakeholders and IT organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PLM, PDM, ERP, or other enterprise business systems.
• Understanding of semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology industry processes.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with UAT and functional testing methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
