What you will do

• Facilitate workshops to design and map optimized business processes aligned with INSIS platform capabilities.
• Design and configure technical solutions utilizing INSIS and related systems.
• Lead strategic planning for functional analysis and prioritize business requirements based on client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients on the effective use of INSIS.
• Create SIPOC diagrams and map business processes collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify tasks and assist in planning testing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business process consulting within the insurance sector (Life, P&C).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Experience in product configuration with INSIS (PAS, BLC, Commissions).
• Experience in managing complex implementations.
• English: Advanced level required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and mentorship.
