What you will do

• Own the website and digital acquisition channel, driving development from hypothesis to delivery.
• Analyze and optimize client journeys across landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Define product metrics and KPIs to validate hypotheses and analyze channel performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams to improve onboarding.
• Support secondary acquisition channels to maintain a holistic view of the client journey.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst in a product company.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear business requirements.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GTM.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with analytical data.
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with international teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Mexico.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with A/B testing and digital acquisition metrics (CAC, CR, CPA, LTV).
• Background in Product Management, Project Management, or System Analysis.
• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or high-growth digital environments.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
