Business Analyst

Location: Must be based in Guadalajara (WeWork Landmark) or Mexico City (Toreo area) for hybrid work.

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex business problems.
• Gather and interpret data to support decision-making processes.
• Document findings and business requirements for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in English for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Guadalajara or Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Experience with database management and SQL.
