• Lead the daily management of the Maintenance Department.
• Increase the maturity of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar methodology.
• Develop personnel and tools to support the growth and efficiency of the department.
• Secure the development of technical capabilities both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with the factory management team to drive optimal operational results.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in area management.
• At least 2-3 years of experience at a managerial level.
• Advanced TPM/WCM experience is required.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
