What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment using schematics and safe techniques.
• Perform electronic component replacement and verify equipment functionality.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve operational uptime.
• Utilize eMaint CMMS system for managing PM work orders and continuous improvement tasks.
• Maintain and repair building assets both inside and outside the property.
• Ensure all work complies with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toledo, Ohio
• High school diploma or GED (Technical degree or Journeyman Card preferred).
• 3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, robotic arms, and welding.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 110 volts and knowledge of 480V 3-phase systems.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs and stand for extended periods.
