Salary: $97,530 – $146,290

What you will do

• Analyze software requirements for electronic control systems.
• Configure and build embedded software for diesel and electric power applications.
• Create, execute, and document comprehensive test plans.
• Set up and configure test bench hardware and software environments.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure feature compliance.
• Troubleshoot system and software defects in lab, proving grounds, and field settings.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Must be able to work onsite in Mossville, IL, five days a week.
• Proficiency in software development tools and system testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of requirements analysis and technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with C, Python, and Matlab.
• Familiarity with dSPACE, Git, Trace 32 Debugger, and CANalyzer.
• Knowledge of CAN/SAE J1939 protocols and Cat Electronic Technician (ET).
• Prior experience with engine or machine system development.
