What you will do

• Maximize value delivered by integration (orchestration) teams.
• Execute the strategic direction defined by architecture teams.
• Create, refine, and communicate Product Backlog items; prioritize backlog for business value.
• Ensure backlog transparency and alignment with agile practices, including PI objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, product management, and stakeholders; support solution design aligned with architectural and non-functional requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments; support agile delivery and participate in governance forums.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Technical background in Java, microservices, SQL, PostgreSQL, and APIs.
• Experience in agile environments, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM, etc.).
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
• Experience breaking down complex initiatives into smaller deliverable stories; solid understanding of IT architecture concepts; exposure to data integration and big data environments.
